UniversalDesign.org is built on WordPress & securely hosted by WP Engine. Memberships and PCI compliance are managed by Memberful. Payments are processed through Stripe. Email communication happens through Google Apps for Work, Teamwork Desk, and Mailchimp. Our discussion forum runs on Discourse and is hosted at DigitalOcean.
Design
The theme is a modified version of Parallax Pro by Studiopress. The typefaces on this site are Proxima Nova (body), Rooney Web (headings), and Futura PT (logo), all from Typekit. The “person” icon we use in our logo is licensed as Public Domain by WebPlatform.org. You can find a copy at The Noun Project. Other icons throughout the site are from Font Awesome and The Noun Project. The background images on our home page are from Death to the Stock Photo.
