Recommended clearance underneath a sink is 27-29″ of floor-to-counter height for seated access. Floor to the top of the sink bowl or wash basin: between 29-34″ (dependent on the counter and sink). That said, tall users and young children will benefit from different heights. More people can be accommodated if multiple sinks at various heights are available. Some setups are height-adjustable, which is a great option.
